Good morning everyone. ICUsteps Chester is a support group made up of folk who are super vulnerable to COVID. We had run a regular exercise group every Monday to help people rehabilitate. It is geared to anyone recovering from the legacies of ICU, Muscle waste, chronic fatigue, ICU acquired weakness, myopathy & neuropathy - it would appear that patients recovering from COVID are suffering from all of these in greater numbers than usual. Some of this maybe down to aspects of the disease but also down to the side effects of sedatives used to place people in a medically induced coma.

Please follow this link for 2 exercise sessions - soon it will be a live session.
