What should I do?

I have a stoma from what was thought to be a permanent tracheostomy which I decanulated after 7 years. Does this increase my chance for infection what can I do to prevent that

I’d talk to the hospital team that decannulated you or put in the trachy.

No idea mate 😱 - I’d talk to GP or medics - good luck with it - that freaks me out 😂
