I think I have liver problem

I had my gallbladder out about 5 years ago because of full aching pain which they told me after tests my gallbladder was diseased. All was good afterwards for about 12months. Since I get right sides pain under my rib cage especially after alchohol I also wake in the night ringing wet and very hot (after Alcohol).

I don't drink a lot maybe 4 glasses a week. I am really worried sick and keep thinking it could be something serious. I have had bloods and scans and they come back clear, but this still doesn't ease my mind. I feel awful all the time I am on antidepressants and omeprazole as I suffer gastritis as well. If anyone has any answers to What it could be I would be really grateful. Thanks
