Hi
Just a thought, I always felt that flying was a problem to me memory getting worse etc.
Having thought about it a bit more. Yes you can get dehydration from flying and I never had any alcohol on a flight, walked about doing all the things that I should do including loads of water.
I am almost embarrassed to say that and the fruit I had for breakfast was the only non alcoholic drink I had, sitting in the sun, well under a sunshade.
we started on the old alcoholic cocktails at 10am, but as it was all inclusive, we felt it was our duty to have as much as we could, as we were drinking all day we never got drunk, maybe it was watered down a bit.
The only thing I can't explain is how awful I feal after the flight on arrival, not just jet lag maybe its that the flying effects me as well.
I am going to drink loads of water, no Acohol and see how it goes. must just say I don't usually drink that much 1-3 gin and tonics is enough for me.
I think its 8 glasses of water a day isn't it perhaps someone will put me right
Love
Karen xx
