Hi Sandy and welcome

Do you have APS as well as having had heart surgery?

Many on here would have headaches and tiredness if their INR was on 1.1 or 1.2, as APS patients often need an INR of between 3.5 & 4.5.

Best wishes.

I had my MVR replaced with mechanical valve a year ago. It iseems a constant battle to keep a tract of INR. Mine has to be kept between 2.5 and 3.5. If lower or high it is troublesome. The body aches . Headaches . Even with heart palpitation. I take 5 mg Warfirin. Somehow it is never constant.Get it checked. Almost every week ,ten days. Trying my best to avoid every food which has vitamin k . But still the INR fluctuates.
