im on coumidon i have several black and blue marks with a hard bumps is this common in hughes syndrome?

Your INR is probably too high. I get bruises and lumps in the center when my INR is over 4. Have you had it checked recently?

I get bruises all the time no matter what my INR is. It's crazy!!!!! Yes and sometimes they get hard. Just hang in there. Maybe do what iwantsimple says and get your INR checked!!!

Me too, I often find a massive bruise and wonder how the heck it got there! I accept it as part and parcel of being on warfarin. So I guess we need to be a bit careful. Like people say - just keep an eye on it.

I was on heparin I'm, it causes bruising & hard lumps. The dr. Said it was caused from the heparin. Don't inject the same area, move it around. They do go away after a while.
