Hi chipy
So sorry you suffering with the cramps and pains in legs, it's horrible, when I get them I get up, hobble around, have tried everything, not a lot helps to be truthful. I do find a little relief from a pretty hot heat pad wedged between my feet, I'm not sure yet, cos mine are worse in winter, but hoping the Plaquenil will maybe help.
Wish I knew what caused the horrendous cramps, have cried with them at times and I don't do that!!
I have the TMJD diagnosis, it causes trouble chewing, pain in jaw and around face, can aggregate headaches etc!
These autoimmune conditions are a blooming nightmare at times eh?
Take care gentle hugs xxxxx
I have TMJD as well and the osteopath works on it and I get relief that way. I had a mouth guard made by the dentist but can't bear to use it ....makes me want to throw up having that sensation in my mouth!
But even when my jaw went completely out of alignment the osteo put it back so well worth a try.
Are we talking about temporary mandibular dysfunction? If so, my dentist cured mine years ago by adjusting my bite. I think I have a deep bite and also tend to grind my teeth at night. Adjusting my bite cured the problem. Worth a try?
