Hi the nerves in my feet twitch constantly. I put it down to when I fell ice skating 3 years ago but to be honest it's got worse so will mention it again to consultant. Sometimes on waking the whole of my legs are trembling but on the inside as if all the nerves inside are crawling around. Also try taking a magnesium supplement before bed. Helps calm nerves and your mind. It works for me. Good luck.

Wow! I am new to this website and love it already! I have been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome when I was undergoing a sleep study. I didn't know I had it as nobody ever mentioned that I moved around alot during sleep and my bed never looked torn apart. But my leg cramps are getting worse at night and I take 400 mg of magnesium at bedtime - apparently to no avail. I wake up in agony with leg cramps about 4 out of 7 nights. Any suggestions? Sleepless in Arizona!
