No, I think you need to contact Roche. I have always found them very helpfull.

That's good timing! I just met with Roche yesterday to discuss the ongoing issue of the LA and Coaguchek and they said that they are revamping their website shortly so that you will be able to buy online. They have a new manager and she is making some good changes
