How many of you are getting regular nosebleeds that continue for an hour or so, even when INR is in range?
Never had a nosebleed before; been on Warfarin for over a year, not now had two in two weeks where it takes over an hour to clot. Took INR test during both episodes and it was fine.
Have a good day! Spring is in the air!

I have had nose bleeds on a regular basis since childhood. Same now, no explanation why. My INR is just fine as well. I guess I just consider me being me. 😆
The only time this happened to me was actually when on a drip in hospital, when I had developed clots, a few during pregnancy, but this was not Warfarin, but I remember them deciding my blood had gone too thin, but this was around 36 years ago, so my memory a bit scanty of the finer detail. MaryF
funny you posted this. Had a nosebleed out of the blue 2 days ago. INR tested 2.9. I have not had one for at least 20 years. And I am also hemophiliac B. Never bleed or bruise. Something in the air?
I used to get regular nosebleeds for many years. Post-stroke, and prior to APS diagnosis, was taking clopidogrel, and nosebleeds were still quite common and of long duration, e.g. 30-35 minutes. Now off the clopidog, and on warfarin since July 2023, and - touch wood - have not had a nosebleed since then (and remained in INR range 2.0-3.0). Note, I've also entirely stopped drinking alcohol since July 2023, I'm never quite sure how much of a thinning effect that was having on my blood...??
