Feelings of very tired and Fatigued lately but I have been on folic acid tablets for some time now but weather I ought to ask for other tests but keeping going is this the right thing to do seen as I’m only 38 years old ? Confused last week also but didn’t no if this was a result of lower inr very foggy head lately also

This condition is very frightening as some times also I get a quick pain in different places of my stomach & upper chest area

Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated

Hi, do you know what caused your INR to be unstable?

Usually they prescribe heperin/clexane injections if you go below 3?

This could relate to your INR or even your low iron, whatever is causing this, should be investigated - you were thinking of going back to see Prof Hunt, is this something you can do?

It may be worth it, as several new things are now occurring and she would do a full mot, hopefully to give you that reassurance.

Thanks you for your reply, Yes still thinking of being referred to pro Hunt , yes went for BOTOX end end of May have been on Clexine until INR got above 3.0 now stopped but seems to of made go all over the place , just spoken to My GP he’s going to give me blood test to check for things like , Infections , Red blood cells , Diabetes , States as I’m already on Folic can’t do folic reading because it will give a false reading do you think this Acceptable ?

Not sure on that one, but folic relates to Vitamin B9, he can also check for ferriten levels, transferin levels and B12? At least hes doing some tests and trying to find out whats going on.

Once your INR is unsettled, it does take a while to get back to normal, even if INR is stable, the body still takes a while.

MaryF is the best one to answer you on the blood tests - she is in a bad internet area at moment but Im sure she will answer you soon.

Also Lure2 is excellent at advising you on warfarin and INR levels.

How did the botox go, did it help?

Thanks again for your quick reply, Yes Botox went well feeling relaxed in arm and as for the spasms in hand haven’t noticed since having The Botox so that pretty good , got review with physio first week in July to be reassessed and see how much it’s worked
