Headaches
Hi, when did you last see your Hughes Syndrome/APS consultant, are you on Warfarin? and if so target range etc. Also other factors may need to be looked at! MaryF
Just replying today to see if it works. Thanks for your advice xx
Have you got a diagnose now of Hughes Syndrome or is it Lupus? Hope you have a Rheumatologist who knows autoimmun illnesses very well.
Best wishes from Kerstin in Stockholm
Definite Hughes Syndrome, possible lupus.
I have had severe headaches since I was a child. In the 1950's no one looked into headaches. When I was a teenager I started taking aspirin every day. Worked marvelously. When Tylenol came out in late 1960's, I tried it for headaches and it did NOTHING. Back to aspirin. Not knowing any better, I took aspirin during all 3 pregnancies and had no problems.
I still have headaches and am realizing after reading posts here that my INR is probably not high enough. So now I am shooting for around 4. I suspect that may cause decrease in headaches. My GP has agreed to higher INR but my hematologist is nervous about it. Nancy
