Hi guys,

I wanted to share an article I wrote recently for my travel blogs on tips on keeping healthy when flying long-haul. Although its not aimed specifically for people with APS (and I'm not a medical professional) I hope it will highlight to travellers how easy it is to lower your risk of getting a DVT when you fly. I wanted to share it with you to get your thoughts and to see if its helpful at all for any of you. :)
