Hi there, do you have a diagnosis of Hughes Syndrome/APS as this is a specific forum for this named condition? MaryF

These wipes sound like something I could use! Who is the manufacturer? I can't see anything for them over here but they may be called something else in Oz.

I have Blepharitis also but I am not sure I have Sjögrens but I have APS.

Get a referral to an Opthalmologist (eyedoctor) as APsnotFab is talking about. I have one also.

I use eyedrops Systane ultra (the green one). It is expensive here in Stockholm but better than Oculac. I use it several times a day. I also have got Ultracortenol on prescription. That is a steroid and as I am much better now i take it very seldom because it can make damage to the eyes.

I tried the hot water model at first but it was not enough. I had inner blepharitis also.

Good luck
