Hi, I have probably asked you before, but where are you located? Also yes it is possible to have residual pain from your stroke. Many members on here have to take additional medication for migraine headaches, so this is not unusual. Also the INR varies between individuals. The setting of your INR has to be set by your medical consultant. I am sure other members will give you their own experience. Is your medical consultant a specialists with Hughes Syndrome/APS. MaryF

You have residual pain b/c my stroke was in 2007

The INR is quite ok if it is set by your Medical Consultant up to 4.0. Important with an APS-doctor though.

Sorry the headacues have persisted. I do hope they will go away.

I had a stroke about 5 years ago. I have been taking Lyrica (125 mg/day) and Nortriptyline (20 mg/day) since then.

Hi Marvin, Do those drugs help you with APS? Are you on warfarin or plaquenil or else as an anticoagulating drug?

We are no doctors here and cannot answer Medical questions . You have said your blood spec knows Huges. If your therapeutic range is 3 - 4 then your above mentioned INR is OK
