I have numb feet. Is this linked to my APS and Lupus even though both reasonably well controlled? I currently also have an itchy rash.

Could be. Any restriction of circulation can cause tingles faster in us with"sludge blood." Try to make sure socks and shoes are not too tight and restricting blood flow.
As for the rash? Have you consulted your doctor? Rashes can have a myriad of causes. And while autoimmune patients are often more sensitive to environmental triggers, those triggers can be still separate from the mechanism if our illness.
Hi Gina
Thanks for your reply. I'm very careful with clothing, not to restrict flow. I've seen a neurologist - will have more tests and due to see rheumatologist soon - hopefully some answers - just interested if others have had similar and what possible causes or triggers there could be. Will keep an eye out for poss triggers.

I would be so interested to know. Perhaps you have a relative with APS older than 70.
