Had another scan today (I'm being well looked after) and all good so far. 9 weeks pregnant. Also I was interested to note that on the antenatal care record that I will keep - APS is now recognised on the 'medical' section. It wasn't on the Buckinghamshire notes but is at Addenbrooke's. Which is where I am now based. It's also at the top of the VTE section! At least midwives should now have a clue as before most of them had no idea what APS was and I got tired of giving a medical lesson. So pleased to see it's getting a much higher profile. Admittedly at a leading hospital but I'm sure others will follow.

That's great news! You give me hope.
Good news on both counts Excellent that you are still doing well and great to hear that the awareness campaigning is finally paying off - at least with the obstetrics side of things. The HSF has done quite a lot of work with midwives and are continuing to do so, and it's really good to know that it's filtered down so patients have confidence their medical team know about it.
Would it be OK to share your comments on Facebook - it would be interesting to see if anyone else has noticed a change too? I would put them up anonymously for you.
