Does a class 3 recall just relate to pharmacy stocks?

I printed the mhra letter off about the 3 mg warfarin and checked my tablets, i had some of the warfarin batch code s on the list, so took lots of half warfarin tablets instead of the 3 mg last night.First thing this morning i took said tablets to my pharmacy i always go to ,and they appeared to not know anything about the recall, they were always very nice i heard them make a phone call and then came round to me to swap my 3 mg warfarin i had still in boxes and to bring all my 3 weeks supply already in my pill boxes round to them to dispose of and i ll have to explain to my doctors about recall and get new prescription for the tablets that have to be disposed of, i know we all have to keep our INR high and i do self test also but don't want to go to high!I'm best about 4.5, if you have any of said tablets id get them changed x
