If it turns out that your Dr is unfamiliar with APS, you could direct him/her to the Hughes Foundation web site which has lots of useful information about symptoms and treatment.

Good luck Kam3, again I would agree show them the Hughes website, even if you do need to translate - maybe they could een call St Thomas hospital in London for advice? worth asking them perhaps.
