Show your doctors the Hughes Syndrome website link below and especially the four items bottom left. You may have to translate of course but it's well-written:

Mary thanks, left Hosp. Again with no answers and feeling another useless try. I would love a dr. with knowledge or will to her informed about APS.i am in Nashua New Hampshire. And really new a dr. that believes in or diseases!!!thanks am very tried and more confused from dr.kam3
