One question about low grade fever. At the moment, I have only primary APS.
Appart from having pain, tiredness, brain fog, etc...I usually present low grade fever, that affects me like a normal fever (what your eyes feel, neck pain, headache when you have a cold..).

I do have a elevated temp. most of the time. I am so happy that I found this site. I do not feel alone anymore or that my symptoms are strange. I have all of the things you listed above. Thanks for your post.
I don't have a temperature but I get flu/ cold symptoms which make me feel very unwell and run down. I don't have lupus but signs of it ( or symptoms can't remember which! And have a touch of sjogrens so sometimes my parotid glands swell up a bit too. What helps is periodic steroid injections which release a small amount each day or antibiotics if my glands swell.
I used to have a fever of 38 - 38.2C every day for 5 years before being diagnosed with APS and started on warfarin. Prof Hughes says APS is not associated with fever but I think there is an overlap between Lupus and APS (although I only test positive for APS) so go figure...no meds for lupus worked though...pretty complicated matter I'd say...
Hi All. I am also diagnosed with primary aps without lupus and I get high fever and regular viral infections almost every month. I am on warfarin since 2010 have also been prescribed steroid mild dosage which helps to control fever at times. The haemotologist is not in favor of giving me steroids but he cannot control my fever without it. I wish I could get right medication & replies to my questions but not many doctors seem to be helpful.
