This might be worth a try if you have problems with your sight.

My neighbour was recently diagnosed with a serious eye condition that could leave her blind.

She had limited vision so she's awaiting to see a specialist, as we all know the waiting lists can be lenthy.

A friend of her's in Ireland recommended she tried LUTEIN from a well known health shop, we all know the one i'm talking about.

This is a herbal tablet of one a day, she can not recommend it enough, she tells me she has regained her sight ! I'm thrilled for her. :-)

I know for a fact she has not been taking them for very long.....so it may be worth a try.

Thought I would pass this on......Jillymo

Yes, this is found in some fruits and vegetables such as Kiwi fruits, and has she been told she has age related macular degeneration! My neighbor too is on similar. Mary F x

However it may interact with warfarin and similar so worth checking that out!

It is not something I had heard of but my neighbour is over the moon with this product.

If it helps one person with there sight Mary it has to be a bonus. Jillymo x
