I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m having a flare after a year of not having one. I’ve given up smoking, lost weight, so I’m now putting it down to hormones. Is there any advice of what I can do?

Hi. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having another flare after a year. You’ve certainly done all you can to help yourself but you will have to go back to your doctor and ask for a Dermatology referral I think. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

A year later and another one, this one was a bad one, to the point where I could barely move my left arm and do anything which involved using it, it has since burst which in itself is satisfying enough, but the pain is unbearable and I feel poorly afterwards and during, is that normal?
