So my dermatologist told me that if you get this disease early like age 18.. Then it appears to die out of your system by time you turn 45 or 50... Has anyone heard this before? Or does anyone know if its true?

Maybe that is true for some people, but I have lived with HS since I was 18 and am still suffering just as much at the age of 56. U think the worst thing about HS is not being able to predict when it will flare up again. I live in hope of living without it.😕
Unfortunately this is not true i have many members on our facebook group over that age x
