Hi I had a protect sex with a women but I had given her oral sex after 28 days I took antibodies serum test came out negitive post 28 days I started developing anxiety so I feel developing symptoms of nausea and fatigue and difficulty in swallowing and last night a rash came up out of no where can it be a hiv rash

Hello I've been hiv-positive for 35 plus years was once a certified educator years ago. The transmission risk from what you have described is as close to zero as you could get. It's basically the same as giving a man oral sex. Which is almost impossible to pass HIV that way or that is the general consensus. Glad to do my best and answer any questions you may have.

Yeah I have took the antigen / antibodies p24 duo test today that would be 37 days nearly from the last possible exposure the result came out to be 0.060 NON Reactive but all of sudden I see a small bump / bulge on my neck from facing part is that anything I need to worry about happy if you answer me

Do you know her status? It is very rare for transmission without open sore cuts blood get in the wrong place.Female to male infection is very rare..Get on with life HIV is a concern but don't stress yourself out.

So any idea about 4th gen results negitive after 37 days of exposure ? According to google it’s 95% accurate

I have a small ulcer at the time of oral sex that’s what I’m worried about

No but she is breast feeding a kid probably negitive but why the hell I got a bulge on neck which I never had in life after getting the results of 4th gen after 37 days of exposure god doesn’t want me to live in peace

Lymph glands on either side of your neck can swell from time to time. It's a sign there workings as they should. I am concerned your anxiety is out of control regarding something that isn't even there.

Ya mate might be I haven’t drinking water or eating food my lips started drying and skin falling from lips due to dehydration and I feel something in throat due to acid reflux I can feel acid flowing through my lungs when I sleep or take deep breath and this disease sucks as every disease attributes as a symptom for HIV . But during this journey I realised how much ppl suffer once I get out of this I would do something big which I can do for this community I would donate my 5-10% of my income every month towards the community

Yes I am pretty sure your issue Isn't hiv from the bit I know.I am from the States and seem to have easy accessibility to Drs.i trust. May you find the same to easy your mind. That doesnt look like any HIV seroconversion rash, but have you screened for other STIs including syphilis ?
