Noticed the first spot on the right this past Sunday then the other two popped up Monday or Tuesday morning. Non itchy or painful. Feels mostly flat but a tiny tiny little bump if I feel it. Doesn’t feel anything at all. Just normal skin but red. Doesn’t feel like a bite because I don’t see any bite marks. I do t have any other symptoms. Very healthy overall.
These are the only 3 marks. Today is Thursday and seems like they are subsiding a bit. Not as red and smaller.

No that doesn't look like a HIV rash which is a widespread macular rash. If you have had a potential HIV risk , get a test. Syphilis can also causes rashes, you can test for that at the same time.
