If you are referring to the one small red area, no that would not be indicative of a HIV infection.

Well you need to see a healthcare practitioner for a discussion. Its impossible to say without a closer medical examination and also taking a clinical history from you. It could be a wide variety of causes. I don't know why you thought it was HIV related, if you have concerns about HIV you should test, its a treatable manageable condition but it is very important to be diagnosed early to minimize the effect on the body.

Thank you. I had been tested for HIV and Syphilis in December 2019 and they all non-reactive. Do I need to test again for sure or just relax? Thank you for your response.

Risk Was in February 2019 and tested HIV,Syphillis in December 2019.they came non-reactive.
