Google search your city or nearest big city hiv resources, for example (el paso hiv resources). Mixed in with some search result noise there should be a site.
Hope that helps.
Ty appreciate you getting info thought you needed it? Lol
Lol, sorry that was meant for Ricarado... I got lost in the discussion chain.
U may also need to know thst there are many insurance companys that Do Not cover HIV meds.
When i first start getting medications it was thru the local health department and it was free, but once i was able to get insurance through my job i paid almost $300 a month for insurance but then i was informed that the insurance that i was paying for didn't cover HIV meds. Because, i couldn't afford the $2300 to pay for meds every month, i was off medications for 9 months because if you have insurance thru your job then you are no longer eligible to recieve meds thru the local health department. I eventually quit the job and found another one but declined to get insurance through my new job and i have been bsck on my meds ever since. The system has many flaws and this is just one that i wished someone warned me about in advance. The Doctors know this but will not tell you unless you bring it up... I think this is really sad
