I have been living with HIV for the last two years. I am undetectable and healthy. I have fought to get were I am. It has been a long road, and frustrating at times. I have been dating and when. Talking about the subject of HIV, there have been mixed reviews. This past weekend I had an amazing date and we talked about my status, he was really comfortable with it. For the first time in two year I actually am looking forward to seeing this person again.

Mostly a positive attitude, is what I have done to fight this virus. I decided considering I am type 1 diabetic and have some kidney damage, and I am going Deaf what else could happen. I have my moments, but then I move forward. I live life to the fullest. I have great friends and family, and medical support from my Doctors. When I see my doctor, I tell them everything that is happening. I monitor my health closely. When I get a cold, I let my doctor know. I think it's just about knowing who I am and being confident. When it comes to dating, I learned that some men are not educated about HIV. Some men are going to run don't take it personally, move on to the next one. Just be confident. ​

Hi Ricardo I am single, I have been dating here and there meeting new people and seeing if something develops.
