low neutrophil and low haematocrit

Hello all my blood tests came back normal but i have low neutrophil and low haematocrit nothing was said by the Dr . Should i be concerned? I do get dizzy spells and tired sometimes. But i have ready just up the iron levels!? obv Dr Google throw ups the worst, so not paying to much attention to that.

But all my other "bloods" count is fine, sept for them two.... Anyone else had the same?
