Hi, does anyone have shakey vibrations in there chest it also feels like it goes in my stomach Pulsating vibrations so strange it is but feel absolutely awful it's constantly there day and night
I feel like my heart pounds with it but this happens when my heart rate is in the early 60s. So it's not that my heart rate is pounding but the sensation of it is
The vibration feeling is confusing , its worse when lying down
Still there when walking around but not has intense.
I've been on bisoprolol since last Thursday.
Thanks

Yes, I have had this for years, mainly at night, it could wake me up. It was so fast, I thought it was my heart, left side of chest, just below the armpit. My pulse was normal. Ended up twice in ED, nothing found. 24 hour holters showed nothing even though I felt it.
Then I realised it was also in my stomach, just below the rib cage, centre and near my waist, left side.
It has nearly gone now, just feel it occasionally at night.
I also have PVCs, triggered by wind, bloating (Roemheld Syndrome) so I am careful with diet, no fizzy drinks, careful not to eat too fast, careful drinking hot drinks (swallowing cooling air).
My theory is that this is something to do with vibration of pockets of air trapped in the stomach/bowels, maybe caused by the heart or arteries pulsating. The bowel can be quite high in the left chest and I have a lot of bowel (redundant bowel). Another possibility is that the diaphragm is fluttering/twitching as a result of pressure on nerves.
I have had this for years, still alive and hardly notice it now, I hope this reassures you. I am not a doctor, I assume that you have had it checked:).
Thank you, so far I've had all blood work done and scan on my heart ECG showed missed beats and my heart rate was higher than it normally should be for my body. But this vibration pulsating sensation in the chest and stomach isn't very nice I've had a chest x-ray to that was clear have an appointment tonight with consultant so going to just bring it up, see if they can shed bit of light Thanks for the advise and the reply happy holidays ⛄
That's a feeling I get when I have AF, but also can get it randomly - even at a normal rate, as you report. I think it is a kind of palpitations. I have read that it is an over-awareness of the heart and anxiety related, but, no - not always. There is some other mechanism, I am quite sure, but not of any consequence to health, so not a worry (easily said, hard to do!).
