Thank you to those who recently participated in a survey to help in a discussion on quality of life for people living with AF last month.

We had an overwhelming response – thank you to all those who completed the survey.

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue the survey did not capture names and email addresses of those interested and willing to participate in a face-to-face or virtual meeting.

Could we please ask those interested to complete the survey – sincere apologies for this duplication, however, without contact details we are unable to follow up with you on this important piece of research.

I attempted to respond again and had to avoid installing the system which came up on the link!! As we need to avoid stress and I have chronic fatigue too, I shall not be making further attempts!
