An anaesthetist may not want to anaesthetise you without a diagnosis of what is causing your heart rhythm issues.
Do you have any family history of heart issues?
I have 2nd degree heart block and have had several general anaesthetics since diagnosis, not been a problem but I do have a pacemaker which makes the anaesthetist a bit more wary.
1st degree block is usually considered benign and no treatment needed unless symptomatic, as you say you have no symptoms then probably nothing to worry about.
