Has anyone taken Mag Glycinate and had any side effects. My husband feels adrienaline and sometimes picking feeling in chest.

I've taken magnesium glycinate for many years with no problems. Has Your husband tried stopping it to see if the feelings he gets disappear?

I have taken and no side effects at all.

Magnesium Glycinate should help with stress and anxiety which also has a calming effect. I doubt is that is the cause of his problem. I would suggest to follow a process of elimination.
