I have had on rare occasion 3 syncopes with tightness starting under navel that sends a message to my jugular notch area. My abdomen felt almost numb and my hand was tingling like cut off circulation. felt awful and sick. Then a tightness in neck and cartilage shifting-then the syncope. My husband caught me on the last one and said I died for a bit(no pulse-)I guess it was asystole. My vagus nerve reset itself. When I came to I felt so good-I couldn't believe it. I wish I could reset it everyday. I also have svt also pretty rarely(fast HR at 220 usually), and feel the cartilage shift in jugular notch before every episode. Drs don't seem to think it's anything to worry about and no comments about it being unusual

Hello research. Yes I would consult a doctor asap, preferably an EP. I had syncopes with afib and sustained vtach at heart rate above 270 that led to vfib and cardiac arrest.
