Shoulder pain pacemaker side

I’ve been getting a few twinges on the left edge of my pacemaker, at night if I lie in my left side it feels like it’s digging into my shoulder , it was fitted November last year . The last few days it’s been getting worse , I was sitting down and in 10 minutes I had 4 strange sharp pains by the edge of pm going towards my left shoulder . I was checked over in a&e as I’ve had previous complications a week after the procedure . They said everything looked ok and I went home . Today I’ve been getting more odd feeling by the pacemaker and pain going to the front of my left shoulder . I’m getting slightly dizzy walking around , heart rate a bit higher than usual . I thought I’d be over all the discomfort and pain by now . I’m waiting to see my cardiologist June or July .

Phone the pacemaker clinic they are always very good at seeing patients with any concerns.

I have a friend with the same problems and she's been checked and told everything is fine, leads are in place, pm is ok and hasn't moved, it's just part of the healing process.My pm can be a bit uncomfy at times depending on how I'm lying or moving, I think we just have to accept it as the new normal. Stressing about it will increase heartrate and can make us feel dizzy and off, been there and got the t-shirt myself !!
