Out of the blue at 2 am in December 2020, first time ever 4 hour episode of Arrhythmia, Tachicardia BPM up to 167, and Bradycardia BPM plummeting down to 27, with Afib thrown in. I have pulsile tinnitus and was awoken at 2 a.m. to hear my heartbeat doing the light fandango.... I have an oximeter at home and recorded the measures on my mobile, as could not believe what was going on. Fortunately I was able to produce this video later when Dr surgery opened at 09.00, as we all know, symptoms don't awlays show up for appointments. Sure enough, by 9.00, everything was back to normal, but on viewing oximeter recordings, Dr seemed quite shocked. He Launched into ECG and bloods and referred me to Cardio, whom needless to say in the midst of this pandemic, I have heard nothing. Has anyoe got a clue what my have tiggered this one off or had similar experience. I'd not change meds nor had any additional illness. thanks for listening, Polly
