I tapered off propanolol 5 months ago. All sorts of problems, heart rate, headaches, pulsatile tinnitus, dizziness. I also have post polio syndrome, makes me sensitive to meds. Look up "propanolol rebound, British Heart Foundation", bisoprolol may be similar. Good luck, see a doctor if worried.
