Advice and help needed!

Henrywantstobefit profile image

Good day everyone. I am new here and would really appreciate everybody's help. I am a 55 years old guy who has been experiencing irregular heartbeat for the past 4 years. I have been to many docs who did many checks, short of an ECG, and told me nothing was wrong. My symptoms include

1. My extremities getting much colder or hotter as compared to other people when in a cold or hot environment respectively.

2. Heart beating normally when suddenly there is a surge for a few seconds which caused a hot flush to travel down my body. The feeling is akin to a floodgate being opened.

On a side note, I haven't exercised close to 30 years as I don't sweat easily. Also I had episodes of panic attack a few years ago.

Thanks you all for your help.
