Atrial runs

Hello

Please can someone explain more about atrial runs? Of around 15-20 per short burst? What are they? Why can they happen?

My loop recorder has picked up quite a few. They tend to happen when I’m in the middle of doing something active or being busy with my young children.

Would just like to know why they may have stated up, whether they are a fib related etc and why they seem to be getting worse.

Thanks for your help 😊
