I need help/opinions

I'm a 26 year old female. I've been dealing with skipped beats/heart flutters and racing heart for a few years now. I finally seen a cardiologist and they did an Echo and said everything looked A+.

I also wore a 24 hour monitor and just got those results back and it came back that all they found was that I have a sinus arrythmia. Would this explain my heart flutters/skipped beats? Or do I have sinus arrhythmia and they just didn't pick up the skipped beats? I really hope the skipped beats are from the sinus arrhythmia because if they aren't I'm pretty much back to square 1 with worry.. 😣

Hi there know how that feels had the same problem since I was 19. I have ectopic or skipped beats sometimes a racing heart too just making the bed! My sinus rhythm always appears normal though so on beta blockers. Helped for ages but recently had a month of hell waiting on my results from the 24hour tape and my heart scan. If you are worried and it doesn't settle keep going back until they do somethi g for you. Good luck. Sure you will be fine. I am now 62 years old.
