Hi all, I have just found out that my heart rate is 100/120 at rest. So now I know why I'm out of breathe. I can't do any exercise, I'm just stuck in a rut a the moment, they are trying to control it with Digoxin 250mg daily. Anyone got any insight into this. I don't know much about this or what to do.

Regards Buck

Hi RogersBuck,

I have the same condition where my HR is mostly above 100 bpm at rest during daytime and goes up rapidly with just little exercise. But sometimes my HR is in the normal range. I was diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) and taking 2.5 mg Bisoprolol daily now. The medication helped reducing my HR overall, but also lowered my blood pressure a little bit.

Thank you Huangmy1328,

I just get so frustrated with it, I have to sit down when I'm cooking anything,, can't walk my dog & I'm in agony drying myself after a shower & getting dressed.

Thanks again Rogersbuck......
