Episodes of chest pain

Experiencing episodes of sharp pain in center of chest. Its awken me a few nights. Yesterday it happened while sitting at work. Not stressed. It felt like it coincided with my heartbeat. It occurred at each beat for about a minute. Sopped and then did it again twice more.

Called cardio on call. He wasnt helpful and told me he had patients having heart attacks (i gleened from that, that i wasnt). Working with primary cardiologist and getting second opinion tomorrow

Getting nuclear chemical stress test on jan 22. Possibility of POTS.

Hi there! How's your test go? I get these recurrent pains as well. Just curious what you found out and hoping that you're feeling better!

I had abnormal nuclear stress test. I am now recouperating from heart cath. No blockages. So we dont know where the chest pains, weakness, fainting are coming from. We are going to explore vasovagal syndrome.
