Relief, but more questions!

I have just had the results of the FNA on my 4.5 cm thyroid, nodule, benign, colloid with raised Lymphacytes and referral to an Endocrine Specialist. The Dr could not answer my questions as to what this means as he was a Gastroenterologist. Can anyone here give the possible implications? Bloods were normal Thank you.
