Aortic valve replacement

[Complicated-case]

Hi all I'm 55 today with heart failure thanks cancer treatment and ejection faction of 20% . Due in for a aortic valve replacement on the 8/4/25 doing it though my thigh having to go from Plymouth to London to have it done at the wellington hospital. I don't mind telling you all I'm scared really scared. No Dr tells you what to expect or what you can or can't do after any advice please I know we are all different just some pointers would help
