G.P. appointment better than expected

Having seen MV prolapse with severe regurgitation in my echo results, I'd been dreading seeing GP this afternoon.

He's fairly relaxed about things. Changed my dosage of statin and Ramipril and added a beta blocker.

I have a cardiology appointment next month, but GP is fairly sure that won't lead to imminent surgery. He feels it will be: "keep an eye on things and look after yourself".

Big relief, but I'll have to wait till next month for more input. Take care everyone, and thanks for your support

Paul
