I am Rachel, a heart patient residing near London. I'm co-organizing a co-design workshop in London to develop design guidelines for mobile app concepts to promote physical activity amongst CVD patients through social connectivity. This workshop buildings on findings we gather during an innovation competition held by the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Digital Health and Prevention, Austria, where I contributed to the team as a patient expert. Your experience and insight as a heart patient are crucial to making this project a success!
