Since doing a bit more exercise particularly core exercise including squats I have developed pain in the perineum area which started first with a pulling sensation but has now developed into a pain - the hospital Advised to stop doing the squat exercises - does that mean that this pain will stay for the rest of my life and I can’t do the exercise I like to do? Also have I damaged anything? Anyone experience anything similar after gynaecological surgery(TLH with BSO)? I thought after 9 months I would be more or less fully healed? I would be grateful for any advice or comments 🥴

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago but I have that pain/ache down below. I have googled the symptoms and seems like a prolapse. x

Hi there - thank you so much for your reply - I’m not sure whether it’s a prolapse as Im not in terrible pain and Since I’ve stopped the squat exercises it has eased somewhat but not totally disappeared. I will monitor it though - thank you x
