I had low blood pressure during op and lost a lot of blood after being cut in my bikini line. I have no feelings from my belly button down quite a numb tum and pulling and dragging in my left and right sides, sometimes a pulling down feeling in my bladder.
Urinating more, after I have slept excruciating pain all over my back and bowel problems, is this normal?

I'm no doctor but I can only tell you my experience as well. I am now 4 months post op of radical hysterectomy due to early stage cervical cancer. I too had very low blood pressure right after surgery. I also felt very numb along my whole abdomen (vertical incision). Definitely felt the same pulling sensation as well. My abdomen is still a bit sensitive to the touch but has gotten better over time. My bladder is not anything like it was before the surgery. I have no sensation that my bladder is full. I feel I had nerve damage there for sure. I go back for follow up in 2 weeks and will go over all of the with my surgeon. My feelings for you is that you are still in the very early stages of recovery. If you are unsure of all of this, definitely speak with your doctor. Hang in there and good luck. It is not an easy recovery and I feel like I am still recovering.
Hi. 3 weeks post op is still very early in recovery. I had to drink painmeds untill 5 weeks after my operation due to dull pain and pulling sensation on my left side. Part of my incision is still numb. It does get better, but also trust your instincts of your body. If you are unsure about the about the back pain phone your doctor. Good luck
