Hi folks,
Apparently, 70% of refined sugar consumption is the cause of many diseases - Mentally, physically and spiritually.
This also means 70% of these disease can be prevented by avoiding refined sugar.
When I was little, I had a terrible junk food diet which consisted of many sugary processed foods, gallons of fizzy drinks and hardly any natural, REAL food.
I would have had a very, very acidic body and in 96 I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and had a 2nd in 98.
In all, I have had many operations on these tumours.
2010 was my last visit to the hospital and this was also the time of my life where I dumped a lot of the sugar intake as well..
From my own research, I would not be surprised if my very acidic diet was the result of my tumours.
I remember speaking to somebody once and I mentioned that I used to have this terrible junk food diet and I had health problems and there more or less told me that it was obvious that I would have health problems from eating all those sugary foods.
Well, I disagree with that. It wasn’t obvious at the time and I thought that comment was pretty heartless.
My terrible diet was during the late 80s - early 90s, people weren’t so informed on what they were eating.
You know how cigarette packets have a “smoking gives you cancer” label on them.
Well, maybe all or most of the processed foods laced with refined sugar and other junk should have a similar label on them.
I would like to see on a Mars bar wrapper a label saying “Eat too many of these and you could die” or something similar.
Why is healthy food expensive or why can it be expensive?
All the acidic, junk foods out there (like McDonald’s) are easily affordable while all the foods that help prevent disease are pricey.
Shouldn’t it be the other way around?
